Ultrasonic Machining
Ultrasonic machining is a process wherein a vibrating tool oscillates at
ultrasonic frequencies and removes material from the
workpiece, aided by an abrasive slurry which flows freely
between the workpiece and the tool.

- Slurry System : Compact slurry system with pump, slury flow control manual valve, flexible hose,sump tank & activity tank with protective cover. Supplied with three different abrasive of approximate size of 100, 150, 200, 250 microns.
- Protection : Automatic overload and overheating protection.
- Voltage control : Supplied with suitable Servo Stabilizer.
